Practical rule: one booking = one responsible primary guest. That person confirms details, communicates changes, and ensures the group follows house rules.

2) Bookings & Availability

Availability shown online may change quickly during peak dates. A reservation is only confirmed after you receive written confirmation (email or official message) and any required deposit/payment is received.

  • We may request guest details to finalize your booking (names, contact number, ID as required by local regulations).
  • Special requests (view, early check-in, late check-out, dietary needs) are not guaranteed, but we try to accommodate them.
  • Group bookings may require additional terms, a security deposit, or a stricter cancellation policy.

3) Rates, Taxes & Payments

Rates are quoted per room or per stay (as displayed), and may vary by season, day of week, occupancy, and inclusions. Taxes, service charges, or government fees may apply depending on local requirements.

  • Deposits and full payments (when applicable) must be paid by the deadline shown during booking.
  • Prices and promotions may change without notice until your reservation is confirmed.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in booking cancellation.

Tip: Save your booking confirmation. It is the cleanest proof of your rate, dates, and included services.

4) Cancellations, Changes & No-Shows

Cancellation and modification rules can vary by rate type (refundable vs non-refundable), season, and group size. The policy shown at checkout and in your confirmation message controls your booking.

  • Change requests (dates, rooms, guest count) depend on availability and may change the total price.
  • No-shows may be charged up to the full amount of the first night (or more, depending on your rate type).

5) Check-in, Conduct & House Rules

We keep the experience quiet, scenic, and uncomplicated. Guests must follow property rules and respect other guests and staff. We may refuse service or end a stay for serious violations.
